I was listening to the 90’s station on the morning drive in, and Salt ‘N’ Pepa’s “Whatta Man” (featuring En Vogue) came on. Instant wall of nostalgia — I was back in junior high, busting moves to it with all of my friends. As I rapped along with the song merging onto the highway, filtered through my adult perspective, it occurred to me that while I associate the song with junior high that the lyrics have never been more relevant to my life as they are now — what a mighty mighty good man.
